After you join, each week you will receive a WAP push message each week taking you to the Splash wap site where you can choose 6 Ringtones, Games, Videos, or Graphics from the thousands of titles of titles we have available. The service is charged at 6 dollars per week (exc. GST). Standard operator SMS/WAP/GPRS charges apply.
Why have I received an e-mail from Splash?
We occasionally send out e-mails to let you know about the latest products and services from Splash.
Why have I received a message on my phone?
Splash sometimes sends out marketing messages. You have not been charged for this message as it is simply an invitation to join our Ringtone Club. If you download a ringtone you have then joined the Club. If you don't, nothing more will happen.
It looks like I may have been charged. Why is that?
If you have downloaded an item of content and joined Splash following your subscription confirmation message, you will receive a WAP push message each week taking you to the Splash wap site where you can choose 6 Ringtones, Games, Videos, or Graphics from thousands of titles. How do I stop receiving messages on my phone?
Just text STOP to 77886 and you not receive any future marketing or service messages from us. You will be permanently removed from all our services. You can also unsubscribe by contacting us.
I tried to download a ringtone but it didn't work. What do I do?
Contact us and we'll re-send the tune you want to your phone!
